1. Submit an Inquiry

Start by completing our videography inquiry form with details about your project, including the type of coverage needed (e.g., wedding, event, brand, or creative), date, location, and a brief description of your vision. This allows us to confirm availability and understand your goals.​

4. Secure Your Date

A signed agreement and deposit are required to officially book your project. Your date is not secured until both are received.​

7. Post-Shoot Follow-up

After your shoot, we’ll follow up to thank you and gather feedback. Your experience matters, and we love hearing how the video brought your vision to life.

2. Consultation & Vision Planning

We’ll schedule a consultation to discuss style, tone, storytelling approach, and key moments you want captured. For weddings and events, this includes timelines and must-have moments; for brand or creative projects, we’ll focus on concept, messaging, and intended use.​

5. Pre-Production Planning

Prior to your shoot, we’ll finalize details such as shot lists, locations, schedules, and logistics. This planning stage ensures a smooth filming day and cohesive final product.

3. Receive a Custom Quote

Based on the consultation, you’ll receive a customized quote outlining coverage time, crew size, filming style, deliverables, and revision options. Everything is clearly defined so expectations are aligned from the start.​

6. Filming, Editing, & Delivery

On the day of filming, we focus on capturing authentic, cinematic moments. Afterward, your footage is carefully edited and delivered in high-quality formats within the agreed timeline, ready to share and preserve.
